The General Secretary of the Public Sector Workers Union Brother Bernard Adjei and the Leadership of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) Divisional Union (PSWU) of the Trades Union Congress (TUC) yesterday paid a courtesy call on the Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Employment Agency, Mr. Kofi Baah Agyepong in his office.

The meeting was to afford a formal introduction between the new Chief Executive and the Union leadership and to promote a cordial working relationship between the two set ups.

Giving a warm welcome to the team, CEO Mr Agyepong expressed his appreciation for the visit and his commitment to work with the Union to promote the Employment Agenda of government.

On his part, the General Secretary congratulated the new CEO on his appointment and pledged the support of the Union towards the growth and restructuring of the Agency. The Local Union in their submission appealed to the CEO to ensure equitable distribution of work, pay attention to staff attitude towards work, staff promotions and a number of other items.
