The Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) Mr. Kofi Baah Agyepong yesterday held a send- off meeting with the 2021/2022 batch of National Service Personnel (NSP) posted to the Agency from last year, whose service officially ends on 31st August 2022.
The CEO expressed the gratitude and appreciation of the Governing Board, the Executive Management and the staff to the personnel for the zeal and commitment shown towards their assigned duties during the service.
He announced an undisclosed exit package for the personnel and assured them that based on their performance appraisal reports from their various Units and Directorates, the Agency will consider enrolling some of them in future employment openings.
Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Operations, Alhaji Bashiru Ibrahim, who was in attendance urged the personnel to make networking a key part of them. He further asked them to approach the job market with an identity of perseverance and hardwork.
Directors and management members, Mr. Chris Arthur, Director Administration, Mr. Kwasi Afriyie, Director of Corporate Affairs and Mr. Fred Dodou, Deputy Director of Human Resource all took turns to advice the young people on how to build themselves up for the job market.
