Witnessing the resilience and dedication of our beneficiaries in the Volta Region left me utterly inspired. From the relentless efforts of our Community Protection Assistants to the unwavering commitment of our Community Health Workers and the aspiring Garment and Textiles trainees, I couldn’t be prouder of their remarkable progress.
In the vibrant heart of Volta, we’ve seen 365 Community Protection Assistants, 120 Community Health Workers, 18 Prisons Assistants, 15 talented Garment trainees, and 206 individuals excelling in diverse fields, totaling an astounding 724 beneficiaries.
Immense gratitude goes out to the Ghana Police and Prisons Service for pledging to absorb our qualified beneficiaries this year. However, we kindly urge them to expedite action on such a commendable move. Your partnership is pivotal in empowering these individuals to contribute meaningfully to society.
And let’s not forget the incredible impact of local businesses like Magava Dress-up and Trading Enterprise in Hohoe, Emmasah Garments in Hohoe, Perfnuts Enterprise in Tadzewu (Ketu North), and Ola the Designer in Ho. With support from the YEA, they’ve been instrumental in expanding their business horizons while simultaneously training our youth in dressmaking.
To all our incredible beneficiaries: your training isn’t just a journey; it’s your passport to shaping the future of our nation. Keep embracing every opportunity, keep pushing boundaries, and keep shining brightly! Your dedication is the cornerstone of our collective progress.
